Our Mission Statement

We celebrate Africa and the Diaspora. We showcase the positive people and things in our community. And we provide a platform for Diasporic discussion be it the history of the Black man/woman beyond the 400 years of enslavement in this country, conversations on our disconnect/different silos or the need for the African Diaspora to UNITE! Indeed, FunTimes is intentional in creating spaces where African Americans, Caribbean and Africans break bread and share stories of our common heritage and shared experiences.

Eric Nzeribe founded FunTimes Magazine, 1992 in Monrovia, Liberia. The premier US edition was published in October 2008.
